In this section...

Sector partnerships are comprised of business leaders, from the same industry and in a shared labor market region, who work with education, workforce development, economic development, and community organizations to address the needs of their industry.

The Boulder Economic Council currently utilizes the Institute for Networked Communities' Next Gen Partnership Model.
