City manager approves business incentive for Sea to Summit, Inc.

City of Boulder – City Manager Jane S. Brautigam has approved a flexible rebate application for Boulder-based Sea to Summit, Inc. for up to $40,000 in rebates. The rebates were authorized for sales and use taxes, and permit-related fees for renovation of a building in Flatiron Park.

The flexible rebate program is one of the City of Boulder’s business incentives and is designed to help encourage primary employers to remain and expand in Boulder. Under this program, the city manager may approve rebates of certain fees and taxes for companies that are investing in facility improvements and capital expenditures in Boulder. Approved companies are expected to bring a positive return on investment to the city, improving the quality of services offered and enhancing the vitality of the local economy.  Read more
